1. 适用范围

Application

BX□G56系列隔爆照明、动力配电箱（以下简称配电箱）按GB3836.1-2000《爆炸性气体环境用防爆电气设备 第1部分： 通用要求》、GB3836.2-2000《爆炸性气体环境用电气设备 第2部分：隔爆型“d”、GB3836.3-2000《爆炸性气体环境用电气设备 第3部分：增安型“e”系列标准的规定设计制造。该系列配电箱适用于户内户外，具有爆炸性气体混合物的场所，爆炸性气体混合物为1区、2区、Ⅱ类A、B级、T1~T4组的环境中，在交流50HZ，额定电压至、380V，480V的线路中，作为照明、动力设备的配电控制之用。该系列配电箱也可用于船舶、海上石油钻井平台爆炸性气体环境中。

BX□G56 series flame-proof power or/and lighting distribution boxes (Hereinafter called distribution boxes ) are designed and produced in accordance with GB3836.1-2000 “Electrical Apparatus for Explosive Gas Atmospheres-part 1:General requirements ”, GB3836.2-2000 “Electrical Apparatus for Explosive Gas Atmospheres-part 2 :Flame-proof enclosure “d”, GB3836.3-2000 “Electrical Apparatus for Explosive Gas Atmospheres-part 3: Increased safety “e”. They are suitable to be used in places of zones 1 and 2. where there is explosive gas atmospheres which belongs to category Ⅱ class A, B, group T1~T4 for use of distributing and controlling in circuits with AC 50HZ, rated voltage 380V，480V. They are also used in marine and offshore drilling platform.

2. 使用条件

Using Condition.

a) 海拔不超过2000m；

b) 周围环境温度不高于+40℃，不低于-20℃；

c) 周围空气的相对湿度不大于95%（+25℃时）；

d) 在含有爆炸性气体混合物不超过Ⅱ类，A，B级，T1~T4组的环境中；

e) 在无破损坏绝缘的气体或蒸汽的环境中；

e) 在无剧烈震动和冲击的场所；

f) 污染等级为3级；

g) 安装类别为Ⅲ类。

a) Altitude of the site of installation does not exceed 2000m;

b) The ambient air temperature does not exceed +40℃, the lower limit of ambient air temperature is -20℃;

c) The relative humidity does not exceed 95% (at +25℃);

d) The ambient place where there is explosive gas atmospheres which does not exceed category Ⅱ, class A,B, group T1~T4;

e) The place in which there is not gas or vapour which may corrode insulation material;

f) Pollution degree:3;

g) The installation category does not exceed category Ⅲ;
