一、概述

    根据目前国内外石油钻井装备的要求，以及符合现代化钻井生产的规范化要求，为防止在石油钻井过程中，控制设备产生火花而引起可燃性    气体发生爆炸，本公司设计生产了油田钻井液循环罐防爆电气控制系统。

该控制系统有采用了IEC60079-0：1998、IEC60079-1：1990、IEC60079-7：1990国际标准，同时也完全符合GB3836.1～3-2000《爆炸性气体环境用电气设备》系列标准，该装置主要用于陆上石油钻井，海上石油钻井平台钻井液循环罐电气系统的控制，它主要适用于有爆炸性气体混合物环境的1区、2区，爆炸性气体混合物属Ⅱ类，A、B级，T1～T4组的场所，在交流50HZ，额定电压380V，额定电流至200A的电路系统中，作为配电和集中控制三相鼠笼电动机的起动、停止，并具有失压、短路、过载、断相等保护功能，控制装置的各组成部分，还配有电压指示，运行和故障灯光信号显示，是国内外理想的油田钻井循环罐电气系统控制装置。

    该控制装置一般由隔爆型接线箱，隔爆型减压起动器，隔爆型组合控制箱和防爆照明系统组成。每个控制箱一般可控制2～6个回路，照明控制系统便于夜间运行和控制。

整套控制装置具有防爆、防水和防尘功能，是油田钻井设备规范化和标准化作业的最佳选择，特别对于油气钻井是必需的安全设备。

General description

According to the requirement of oil drilling foreign and domestic, the international standard for oil equipment and national oil drilling codes. In order to prevent fault which flaming gas or vapour may be present in the air in sufficient quantities to be explosive or ignitable. We designed and made explosion-proof electric controlling equipment for oil field.

The equipment is designed to conform with the standard IEC60079-0：1998、IEC60079-1：1990、IEC60079-7：1990 and GB3836.1～3-2000 “Electrical apparatus for explosive gas atmospheres”. It is used to control electric system of the cyclic tank for oil drilling equipment in the oil field and offshore platform and be suitable to be used in outdoor or indoor places of zones 1 and 2 where there is explosive mixture, which belongs to category Ⅱ,class A,B, group T1～T4 for use of controlling start and stop of the three phases asynchronous motors in distance in a circuit with AC 50HZ, rated voltage 380V and rated current less than 200A. The equipment also possesses under-voltage, over-load, short-circuit and phase fault protection. On the main door of controlling box, there are display of the voltage and electric system fault. It is excellent electric controlling equipment for oil drilling.

The equipment is composed of flame-proof terminal box、flame-proof auto-trousformer electric magnetic starter、flame-proof controlling box and explosion-proof lighting system. The controlling box can control 2 to 6 branch of electric system. The explosion-proof lighting system is working and controlling for the night.

The whole controlling equipment possesses explosion-proof water-proof, dust-proof effect. It is the best election of oil field for their standardized oil drilling particularly it is also necessary for their drilling safety.

二、整套装置控制系统按用户要求设计、制造，也可为用户提供标准的该钻井控制系统

The controlling equipment of electrical system con be designed and made according to user’s requirements. We can also supply the standard controlling equipment of oil drilling system for user.
